Focused Work Sessions

Forget distractions — our live, human-moderated online sessions are designed to help you work with deep focus through a unique structure combining accountability, and productivity frameworks.

  • 2-Hour, Human-Moderated Sessions
    Guided by expert moderators, every session is designed to create a distraction-free environment while using proven productivity frameworks for maximum impact.
  • 2 Daily Online Sessions
    Join either of our two daily sessions (7 AM–9 AM or 8 PM–10 PM) and work at a time that fits your schedule.
  • 55+55 Pomodoro Ritual
    Work in two focused 55-minute blocks with a 5-minute recharge break to stay energized and productive.
  • Accountability Tools
    Keep your camera on, share your screen, and publicly declare your goals for unmatched commitment and focus.
  • Guided Start & End
    Each session begins with a 3-4 minute visualization and breathing exercise to prepare your mind. End by reflecting on your progress and sharing results.

How You Join

Step 1: Join the WhatsApp Group
Get all the details, session links, and updates for the 3-Day Focus Challenge directly in the group.

Step 2: Choose Your Session
Pick one or both 2-hour sessions daily:
🕙 7 AM–9 AM
🕔 8 PM–10 PM

Step 3: Join the Zoom Session
Log in using the link provided in the WhatsApp group and get ready to work with deep focus.

Inside the Session: Structured for Maximum Focus

First 5 Minutes: Focus Ritual
Kick off with guided breathing and visualization exercises led by the moderator to prepare your mind for deep work.

Next 55 Minutes: Focus Block 1
Dive into your tasks with complete focus. Publicly declare your goals, remove distractions, and work in a distraction-free environment.

5-Minute Break: Recharge
Take a short break to hydrate, stretch, or rest your mind. Share your progress and reset for the next block.

Final 55 Minutes: Focus Block 2
Continue working with renewed energy and focus, building on the momentum from the first block.

Last 5 Minutes: Reflection and Sharing
Wrap up the session by sharing your results, reflecting on your progress, and strategizing for even better outcomes in the next session.
