While it’s not mandatory to download the Zoom app, it’s recommended for convenience as it will be used regularly throughout the program.
Generally building a habit takes 66 days of consistent effort. Our programs run as monthly subscriptions because achieving goals varies based on an individual’s commitment. Most participants see significant progress within 2-3 months. However, many choose to stay longer due to the effective and supportive program structure.
