There are so many free apps. Why should i choose you over those apps?

Definitely you can use apps as well. But, the key issue with apps is that you are still controling your goals, there is no accountability. We all have a few productivity apps on our mobile that we stop going to after few days. If you can do it yourself, no app is required as well. But human motivation doesn’t work that way. Being accountable to humans delivers the best possible solution.

How many sessions are conducted in a month as part of the program?

Our program runs for 26 days each month, excluding Sundays and major festival days!

Research studies show that high-intensity commitment in the early stages accelerates habit formation. By diving in headfirst, you’re more likely to turn these practices into lasting habits. This initial intensity also sparks self-motivation, boosting your chances of long-term success

What do i need to attend the session?

For the session, you’ll need a distraction-free space and a device for journaling, which could be as simple as pen and paper or a note-taking app on your device. A stable internet connection is necessary to participate in our Zoom sessions.

While it’s not mandatory to download the Zoom app, it’s recommended for convenience as it will be used regularly throughout the program.

How quickly can I form a new habit with your programs?

Generally building a habit takes 66 days of consistent effort. Our programs run as monthly subscriptions because achieving goals varies based on an individual’s commitment. Most participants see significant progress within 2-3 months. However, many choose to stay longer due to the effective and supportive program structure.

What are the chances that it will benefit me. How long it takes to show the impact?

The impact of habit formation can be profound, with many participants noticing enhanced productivity and well-being within just three days. No one ever said right habits didnt have any benefit. Potential is immense but staying consistent with it is the key. 

What kind of support can I expect from the community?
